EVERYTHING IS REALIZED

I portrayed the wall of my parents' room before it was leveled with the mortar before the cracks were plastered. Before the family portraits were moved. Before the house then abandoned.
With this work I revisited my intimate space and reflect on the meaning of domestic. I observe a world that dies. And another that appears. When nothing exists. Yet everything is already realized.

Ho ritratto la parete della stanza dei miei genitori prima che fosse livellata con la malta, prima che le crepe fossero stuccate. I ritratti di famiglia spostati. E la casa poi abbandonata.

Con questo lavoro rivisito il mio spazio intimo e rifletto sul significato di domestico. Osservo un mondo che muore. E un altro che appare. Quando niente esiste eppure tutto è già realizzato.
