WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THIS FORM IS THAT IT IS WHAT IT IS

By identifying rooms that are no longer inhabited, I intervene in the space to ascertain what exists. I apply the words "What I like about this form is that is what it is" and place photographic images of elements of the same space (debris, building site holes, etc.) on existing nails. This game of visual repetitions -almost a research on matter as language- dialogues with signs that I have purposely recreated, completely similar to those actually found (the sign of the paintings and furniture removed, etc.). This allows me to work on the scenographic tetral code and to make the border between reality and its representation ambiguous.

Applico la scritta “What i like about this form is that is what it is” e colloco a chiodi esistenti immagini fotografiche ritraenti elementi dello stesso spazio (detriti, buchi da cantiere ecc.).
