I made this video in 2016 during a painful period of my life.
I decided that the filming would last as long as the time of my separation.
The care for time has become for me a care for the image.
The time devoted to the image slowly turned into interest in the space I was living in.
I selected the portions of space that allowed me to move along fixed and repeated spatial segments.
In the repetition of my gaze and in the replicas of these movements, I defined the portion of my inner space.

Note.
In the dystopia of inhabiting non-time, I decided - in the editing phase - to detach the sounds of space from their images.
During these eight months, each element (sound or visual) has in fact had a life of its own. Becoming free. Finally.

Ho realizzato questo video nel 2016 durante un periodo doloroso della mia vita.
Ho deciso che le riprese sarebbero durate tanto quanto il tempo del mio distacco.
La cura verso il tempo è diventata per me cura nei confronti dell’immagine.
Il tempo dedicato all’immagine si è lentamente trasformato in interesse verso lo spazio che stavo abitando.
Ho selezionato le porzioni di spazio che permettevano di muovermi lungo segmenti spaziali fissi e ripetuti.
Nella reiterazione dello sguardo e nelle repliche di questi spostamenti, ho definito la porzione di un mio spazio interiore.

Nota.
Nella distopia di abitare il non tempo, ho deciso –in fase di montaggio- di slacciare i suoni dello spazio dalle loro immagini.
Durante questi otto mesi, ogni elemento (sonoro o visivo) ha infatti avuto vita propria. Divenendo libero. Infine.
